Love the stretch compared to the low other tensions

after the initial start up to get to know how thingsfit and all, i feel like i can't get the air suction to work well to keep my head securely in place when performing the "stretch out" as i call it. seems to slide down almost out of suction cup -I feel like its not stretching very well, and I wonder if there's a trick or something I don't know about that will make that more secure and ease my mind I'm not wasting the initial stretches and not getting the benefit from the process. also- i what amount of tension should the gauze wrap around my shaft be, and how far down should i wrap it?
